But it is a new way of connecting investors to local food systems, catalyzing new forms of social investing and philanthropy for the 21st century. The event began with eTown, a nationally syndicated radio show on NPR recording at the Flynn Theatre on Wednesday, June 9th. The Vermont gathering was catered by Sugarsnap, a local organic catering company, and included a final farmstead dinner on Friday catered by the New England Culinary Institute, with the musical accompaniment of Phineas Gage.The detailed program is archived here.
